доброго всем времени суток может у кого есть схема установки зажигания на етот агрегат а то восстанавливаем из мертвых приобрели со снятой топливной а теперь нужно все вернуть на круги своя закранее спасибо

Injection Pump Timing How-To For Nissan SD33 Diesel Engine

 

 

 

Before beginning set parking brake, chock wheels, disconnect battery ground cable.

 

1. Thouroghly clean around high pressure injection lines, and delivery valve holder for cylinder #1

 

2. loosen injection line from cylinder #1

 

3. Remove the wedge shaped lock plate for the delivery valve holder for cylinder #1

 

4. Loosen the DV holder, remove the delivery valve, and spring. replace the DV holder and torque to 22-25 ft. lb.

 

5. Install drip spout (note 1)

 

6. Set stop lever in the run position. Set throttle in full fuel position.

 

7. Position the engine 30 degrees BTDC for cylinder 1.

 

8. Pump the hand primer while rotating the engine twords TDC. Fuel will drain from drip spout, when fuel just stops dripping, or slows to 1-2 drips every 10 seconds stop turning the engine.

 

9. Locate timing pointer on top of flywheel housing and check reading. Setting is 20 degrees BTDC, adjust by loosening pump mounting bolts, rotating the pump slightly, tighten and recheck. Check 2-3 times after final adjustment, if done properly the same result will be observed each time.

 

10. Remove drip spout, and DV holder. Carefully reinstall delivery valve and spring being careful not to get any dirt or debris in the pump. torque the DV holder to 22 ft. lbs., then loosen, 22 ft lbs., loosen, then to the final torque of 25 ft. lbs. install the locking clamp, and tighten securely.

 

11. Reinstall the high pressure line, and tighten. set throttle back to normal position, reconnect battery cable, start engine and check for leaks.

 

12. Congradulations you have just successfully checked or set the timing on your SD33!!

 

 

 

Notes

 

1. A drip spout can be made from a discarded fuel line. cut 3-4" from the line. Bend to approx 45 degree angle so fuel is discharged twords the side of the pump.

 

2. Allowable timing variation is +1 -0 degrees, or 21-20 degrees BTDC
