HELP!!!Сгорел транзистор 027А14 Jeep cherokee 5.2 1996 год! Кто знает чем заменить? Или где взять даташит?

ХЗ! Блок принисли в ремонт! Говорят не работает АКПП! Выходит данный транзистор на средний разъем 8 пин! Схему найти не могу по распиновки ЭБУ на 5.2 литра 1996 год
