Have a Nissan Terrano II, but doesn't accept key, Nissan service told that new key can be learn only if engine is running, but what to do if cannot start???

 

This is the question, or can the IMMO removed totally?

It has Bosch ECU, 0 281 001 xxx, soo if any way to remove IMMO, i can reprogram the ECU, if IMMO or IMMO management located inside.
