Hello from Bulgaria, I have the same fault like the colleague alex_pao, but I can't to translate how he is resolved the problem. Please help me. When I try to read the processor I recieve the fault "Vreg output voltage out of range (low)". The programmer is ETL 912. Thank you very much and sorry for my bad english. Regards from Bulgaria P.S. I compare my broken ETL with one which work and my programme haven't 5V on the one pin of photo until this which work have 5V when click to start read the processor. Sorry for my second post, but the forum don't allow me to edit the first.
