Ecu issiemens s105300103 b I think is fenix 5 I try to decode this unit with renault tool but nothing when I cut silicone and I find mcu by texs instr. s103238 r31403pqq I think this is tms 374c003 but I don`t have programmer for this mcu Please help me to make immo off on this ecu
